Los Angeles Real Estate Broker Corey Chambers Announces Charitable Giving of $5,000 to Eaton Fire Victim Families

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Entar Real Estate to Provide New Home Photo Shoots by Photographer Santiago for Families Who Lost Everything

LOS ANGELES, CA – February 2, 2025 – In response to the devastating Eaton Fire that left thousands of homes in ashes and families displaced, Corey Chambers, a leading Los Angeles real estate broker, has pledged to donate $5,000 to each victim family he helps buy or sell a home in the Greater Los Angeles area. In addition, Entar Real Estate will provide a complimentary professional photo shoot by renowned photographer Santiago, ensuring that families who lost irreplaceable memories in the fire can create new ones in their new homes.

A Mission to Help Rebuild Lives

The emotional toll of witnessing entire neighborhoods reduced to smoldering ruins, coupled with the tears shed by those who lost not just their homes but, in some cases, their loved ones, drove Chambers to take action. “Our purpose is to help,” said Chambers. “That’s why I’ve personally given many thousands of dollars to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) and homeless charities. Helping Eaton Fire victims is an immediate and urgent need.”

For both Chambers and Santiago, this initiative is deeply personal—lifelong fans and filmmakers influenced by David Lynch, they understand the profound impact of storytelling, feelings, and visual art. The recent passing of Lynch, who was among those affected by California wildfires and whose health struggles were exacerbated by the disaster, underscores the devastating toll such tragedies take. Their shared mission is not just about rebuilding homes, but about restoring hope, dignity, and irreplaceable memories to those who have lost everything.

This initiative will run throughout the first half of 2025 (possibly longer), providing direct financial assistance to affected families. The $5,000 donation will be given as a credit to buyers or sellers who work with Chambers to find a new home. The funds come directly from his commission and, in some cases, will be provided as a cash payment after the family moves in to help with moving costs and other expenses. For those buying or selling outside the area who want to help, Corey may also be able to donate to Eaton fire victims up to $5,000 from other California home sales commission upon request.

Preserving Memories Through Photography

For many fire victims, the loss of family photos is one of the most heartbreaking aspects of the disaster. Recognizing this, Entar Real Estate is partnering with trusted local photographer Santiago, who has a deep personal connection to both the Los Angeles community and the tragedy of losing loved ones. “Memories and photos have meant everything to me,” said Santiago, who has lost every close family member in his life. “I want to help ease souls and comfort minds by creating new memories for these families.”

Santiago, known for his artistic multimedia approach, has contributed to various community events, including World Hearts Musical, a production that raised funds for Cypress College’s theater and dance department. He will be capturing heartfelt moments for fire victims in their new homes, replacing the charred remnants of the past with fresh, beautiful memories. The session and prints are valued at $1,000.

Community Support and Outreach

To ensure that as many Eaton Fire victims as possible can benefit from this initiative, Chambers is relying on the support of the community and local media to spread the word. “We have interviewed families who were forced to evacuate and will continue conducting in-depth conversations with those who have lost everything,” said Chambers. “Social media and grassroots efforts will be key to reaching those in need.”

Entar Real Estate is also partnering with several charitable organizations, including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, TyRon Jackson’s Operation Warm Wishes, the Santa Ana College Photography Department, and the Art Walk in Downtown Santa Ana, to provide additional resources to affected families.

Anyone who knows a fire victim in need of housing assistance is encouraged to refer them to the Corey Chambers team. “By working with us, they won’t just find a new home—they’ll receive much-needed financial assistance and the opportunity to create new, lasting memories,” said Chambers.
