New home price have been increasing, not decreasing, because of an overall environment of price inflation. Most area new homes sales offices are seeing visitor traffic of about 2-3 parties per day. Lennar Baldwin Ranch has attracted closer to around 12 parties per day. Moderate new home sales pace at growing prices provide strong indications that we are living in an era of stagflation.
